In Short: The QMS magicolor 330ex produces very sharp output at a stunning 1200x1200dpi in its standard configuration. 64-bit 150MHz RISC processor and 192 MB RAM are standard. It's paper handling is good with supported paper stocks up to 80 lb/cover or 110lb/index. Handles paper up to 13"x19". Optional 3x250 sheet lower bin for multiple media. Ethernet 10Base-T/100BaseTX network card standard. QMS magicolor 330-EX comes with an internal hard disk.
The Bottom Line: The Minolta-QMS magicolor 330ex produces good color output overall. There are much faster large format color laser printers out there and some that print better than the 330ex. This printer was great three years ago but now it seems very slow. Works well in the Mac OS or the Windows environment.
