Why am I asked to put a printer in my cart in order to view the price?

Agreements with manufacturers disallow advertising a product below a certain price. In those instances this additional step is required. |

If your order totals $200.00 or more simply choose "Free shipping" as your shipping method or use a current coupon code then click apply.

How do I know if you have an item in stock?

All products are in stock unless otherwise posted like the example below. If an order can’t be filled for any reason, you will be notified immediately via email or by phone.

After I place my order, how long before my order ships out?
|
All in-stock orders ship the same day if placed by 3:00 pm eastern. Heavy-weight items (over 100lbs) may ship the next day.

If I order on-line, will I be charged sales tax?
|
You will not be charged a sales-tax unless the order is shipped to California, Georgia, Massachusetts or Tennessee. A 0.5 % e-commerce charge is added to orders going to the state of Washington.

Because you sell printers, aren't your printer reviews biased?
|
Our reviews are more objective because we sell printers. If you buy a printer recommended by PC World and hate it, we seriously doubt that you will write the editor of PC World to complain. It is more likely that you will complain to your dealer. Ultimately we are accountable for any printer we recommend to our customers. Another advantage we enjoy is the ability to compare and demonstrate these printers daily. Our reviews are conducted by senior service and sales representatives with many years of experience in the printer industry.

Do you ship outside the United States? What about Canada?
|
Our web site, products, and services are intended for use in the U.S. We can ship to Canada for an additional shipping charge, however only the OKI and Konica-Minolta printers would still be covered under warranty there. Orders to Canada should be done by phone Mon-Fri 9-6 EST. (770) 955-3353 |

What is your return policy?
|
Defective products/ DOA products/ or Products that arrive damaged will be replaced, returned, and/or repaired at no cost to the customer. All non-defective product returns are subject to manufacturer’s return policies. Some manufacturers require that all defective parts be handled directly through them. Please contact us for more information on return policies for a specific manufacturer before making a purchase. All returns require: a return authorization number issued by Printer Showcase, original packing, documentation, registration card, and all other applicable cables or accessories. In case of a non-defective return, customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance related expenses to respective return warehouse. Non-defective returns are also subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to any used supplies. Color laser printers may only be returned at manufacturer’s discretion. After 30 days or 500 copies all manufacturers’ warranties are in place. |

Are your printers new or refurbished?
|
All our printers are Factory New and ship with full manufacturer's warranty. We do not sell used, refurbished, or bad box printers.
