How does it work?
- Enroll in the Program
- Download and install the eConcierge Supplies Assistant (it’s easy)
|
|
Once installed the Supplies Assistant will monitor the supply levels in your printer and alert you when low, show you exactly what you need to reorder, and let you purchase directly through the eConsierge online store with just a couple of clicks.

When does the lifetime warranty begin?
- It begins after using eConcierge for 30 days and buying at least two eligible supply items for your printer in that same time frame
|

How do maintain the lifetime warranty benefit?
- Xerox will provide free lifetime warranty coverage as long as you continue placing your supply orders through the eConcierge service
|

How will I know when and what supplies to order?
- You will be notified via email when a supply is low
|

What are the payment options?
- After you order the supplies, a Printer Showcase rep will contact you for credit card information or we will bill you if you have established an open account
